Nutrition

Nutrition is the foundation of good health, and we're committed to equipping our community with the knowledge and skills to make informed dietary choices.

In collaboration with a diverse group of vendors, we hosted a session teaching students the art of food preparation and canning, preserving fresh ingredients for long-term use.

Stay tuned for more workshops and resources to support your journey to better nutrition.
